The Bayou Classic 24 - 62 quart stainless stock pots have side indents that elevate the stainless stock pot basket above the bottom for easy steaming. The larger Bayou Classic stainless stock pots with basket have full size boiling baskets that sit on the bottom of the pot. However, the unique quality of these bigger baskets is that they have a helper handle! The helper handle simplifies lifting and emtying the large baskets. The helper handle on the stainless stock pot basket also has a locking feature so you can put the basket on top of the stock pot for draining.
