Why should you buy from Cajun Outdoor Cooking? Because we know our products. Most companies you see online offer some of the same products, but do they know them? We were raised around Cajun cookware and Cajun cooking. We know the latest Cajun techniques all the way to what spices to use and AWESOME recipes. We know the difference between BTUs and PSIs. We know how all of our burners work and which accessories to use to make them even better.
We've combed every Cajun cookware manufacturer to find out which ones have the best quality products. The manufacturers that do not meet our standards, we don't sell. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have questions, concerns or suggestions. The best way to contact us is via e-mail at sales@dorightservices.com. We try to respond the same business day, no later than 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Having started this business five years ago, we have found that this business has been a great way for us to be able to spend time with our family and support them. We no longer need to depend on others for support, we now are able to support ourselves. For this reason, please view our holiday schedule. (FYI: If you have kids and want to visit Louisiana for Mardi Gras, our suggestion is to visit Mamou or Thibodaux instead of New Orleans. They are kid friendly.)
ORDER STATUS & SHIPPING POLICY
Do Right Services strives to ship all orders in a timely manner. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the item description. However, due to product availability, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. Many items we sell are in stock in our warehouse locally. Some of our larger items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. (This saves you money!!) Most manufacturers ship items out within 2 - 3 business days. We make every effort to ensure that fastest possible delivery. Should you need your product sooner than listed on the site, or to check the availability of the product, please e-mail us at sales@dorightservices.com to make sure the product is in stock.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. Within 2 - 4 business days, you will receive a second e-mail confirming the shipment of your order. Tracking information will be included in that e-mail or an order update.
If you still have questions regarding the status of your order or tracking, please e-mail your name, customer ID number or confirmation number to orders@dorightservices.com.
If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, a claim must be made within five business days. Please open your package and inspect it upon receipt. If the package is damaged, please save all packing materials and contact us as soon as possible. As soon as the claim is issued by us, a replacement shipment will be shipped to you.
All orders must be inspected for missing items within 5 days of receipt. If your package is missing items, please contact us immediately. After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order.
Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways, unless you receive permission via e-mail to refuse the shipment.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information. Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. If you call and change your address after the product has already shipped, you will be responsible for a second shipping charge.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at orders@dorightservices.com. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped. We cannot accept order cancellations via phone due to the lack of paper trail. This makes it easier for you and for our team to track all cancellations. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Our exact shipping costs will be deducted from all orders including free shipping and discounted shipping orders.
When placing a credit-card order on any of
our web
sites, you are in "Secure" mode. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
and the details of your order are kept within our network. You will see the
"https" protocol in the URL window of your web browser when you reach the
point of entering your credit card information. You will also see an icon of
a lock on your browser's status bar. This will assure you that your
information is safe and secure.
Your credit card will not be charged until the products have been shipped or are getting ready to ship, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Do Right Services will never sell,
trade, or rent any customer information, including e-mail addresses, to
any third party. We will, however, share your information to
fulfill an order when an outside party is involved. This does not
include e-mail addresses nor credit card information. We may
disclose any and all information about you to law enforcement or other
governmental offical as we deem necessary or appropriate with any
investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, piracy or
other unlawful activity that is illegal and that my expose us to legal
liability. .
