We tried these candied jalapenos tonight.  (02/22/12)  I've got to tell you . . . I am so surprised that candied jalapenos are that good.  Who'd a thunk it?  We tried the candied jalapenos with and without cream cheese.  The cream cheese took some of the hot away.  Craw-daddy said that he'd put the candied jalapenos on a sandwich.  There isn't much of the jalapeno twang there.  This stuff is dangerous.  If we keep tryin' all this good food, they won't be able to fit me through a door!  - Craw-momma.
