Ain't nothin' like Cajun cookin'. Some of you folks think Cajun cooking is spicy food that'll make your tounge fall off. Dis just ain't so. Cajun cookin' is perfectly seasoned food that tis so good, you want to share wit everybody around ya. This is why de crawfish pots are so big. Dang things would not fit on de stove, so now you got de outdoor burners. Got to have someting to heat dem up wit! Den you got to stir de food, so we had to have de big Cajun mixing paddles. Den we have them people that just can't cook. (Yes, not everyone can cook down here.) So we had to make mixes dat you just add water and meat and there you go.
We got some of the best grills like the Cypress grill by Bayou Classic. An don't forget to check out de fish cookers called the Bayou Fryer. The Bayou Fryer make my neighbor get ugly cause he so jealous.
